During this initial meeting, you can discuss your concerns, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of the therapeutic process. It's an opportunity for you to explore in more depth whether I am the right fit for your needs.

3. Complete the Intake Forms:
Prior to your first session, I will provide you with intake forms to complete. These forms help me gain a better understanding of your background, concerns, and goals. Filling them out in advance allows us to maximize our time together during your initial session.

Standard Session Fees
I understand that transparency about fees is important for a positive therapeutic experience. Please see below for my session fees and payment options:

1. Standard Session Fees:

Private Pay Rate for Individual Counseling:

Initial Consultation (60 minutes): $145

Regular Sessions (50- 60 minutes): $125

Regular Sessions (90 minutes): $145

2. Insurance:
I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar. If you plan to use insurance for your sessions, please check with your provider to understand your coverage, copayment, or deductible requirements.
4. Payment Methods:

I accept payments in the form of credit/debit cards that is charged through a billing company, Headway.

Payment is due at the time of each session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
5. Cancellation Policy:
I understand that life events may require you to reschedule or cancel a session. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notification may be subject to a late cancelation fee.
6. Financial Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for all fees associated with counseling services. If you are using insurance, any copayments, deductibles, or non-covered services are due at the time of the session.
